There is an expectation on schools now to develop a whole school approach to mental health - we'll be facilitating a discussion about the issues this raises for schools and how obstacles can be overcome.

• What happens when your senior mental health lead seems to be working in isolation because the wider system support isn't in place yet?
• What happens when you've used your DfE funding to train a senior lead but they move on to another school?
• How do you balance the wellbeing of pupils and staff?
• What makes it hard to implement strategies that would support mental health?
